Return Policy

To obtain a Return Authorization please email returns@goavm.com or call 1-800-218-3995 ext 121. If you are supplied return labels by AVM simply affix your UPS return labels to the box and give to your UPS driver. If you are returning the item via AVM driver, please have all items in the front office and ready to be picked up.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Certain items may not be returnable or may have specific return instructions; please see below before you make your return. If you have questions about our Return Policy, please call us at 1-800-218-3995 ext 121.


Custom Items
Customized orders including special order and custom made-to-order drop shipments are nonreturnable.

Drop Ship Orders
Damaged or shorted drop shipments must be reported to AVM Enterprises within 3 business days. Custom made-to-order drop ships are nonreturnable. Refused or canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fees and return freight charges.

Warranty Issues
Some items still under manufacturer warranty need to be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please see our list of manufacturers for more information.

Outside the Continental US
Items shipped outside the continental U.S. are nonreturnable.

Hazmat Returns
Hazardous material items, such as laundry chemicals, pool chemicals, etc require special handling and are not returnable because of federal safety restrictions.

Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, please call 1-800-218-3995. We will advise you of how to proceed. Please note, some items carry a manufacturer's warranty and require that you contact the manufacturer directly.

Damaged Items
If your package arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage, please email returns@goavm.com or call 1-800-218-3995 within 3 business days of receipt.

Shortage on Delivery
If your order arrived short an item at the time of delivery, please note the shortage next to your signature. You are responsible for verifying your shipment at time of delivery. I you fail to note any shortages or damages at the time of delivery, you waive the freight carrier and/or AVM Enterprises of any and all liability. If you notice a shortage or damage upon opening your package or if your order was not filled correctly, please email returns@goavm.com call 1-800-218-3995 within 3 business days of receipt.

Shipped By Freight
If you are making a return and your items were shipped via freight carrier, please email returns@goavm.com or call 1-800-218-3995 within 3 business days of receipt.
