  2. Credit

    How do I apply for credit with AVM? From the home page click the “Credit Application” link. Once you have completed your application, print and fax to our credit department at 1-800-518-5528. Please note that you need to physically sign the application before faxing it, an electronic signature will not validate your application.

    For fastest processing please provide all requested information. Submission of an application does not constitute a guaranteed approval. Credit is extended at the discretion of AVM.

  3. Online Ordering

    How do I cancel an order I placed online? As soon as you know you need to cancel your order, email our Customer Service department at sales@goavm.com . We always try to process web orders are quickly as possible, if you make your request after the order has been processed we will not be able to cancel.
    How do I retrieve my account password? From the home page click “Your Account”, below the log in information there is a prompt for “Forgot Password”. Enter the requested information and you will be prompted to reset your password.
    Is your website secured? We understand your concern about entering confidential information online. Every area of our site that asks for confidential information (i.e. credit card numbers, billing information) is secure. You will notice that whenever you are in a secure area of our website that the "Security" or lock icon in the top and/or bottom toolbar of your browser will be “locked”.
    How can I request a catalog? You can email us at sales@goavm.com or visit our Contact Us page and we will be happy to drop a catalog in the mail to you! You can also view a PDF version of our catalog from the home page.
    I have an established credit account with AVM, why are you asking me for a credit card for my online order? You will need to link your online account to your existing AVM account. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-218-3995 for assistance.
    Why is the online pricing different than what I see in the catalog? To see the correct pricing for your brand you will need to register and log in to your account. Once you have logged in you will see your hotel discounted pricing.
    Can I receive email notifications of my phone and fax orders? We try to ensure all customers receive confirmation of their orders. If you place your order by phone simply let the Customer Service agent know you wish to receive your notification by email. If you place your order via fax, simply make a note at the bottom of your order form that you wish to receive notifications by email. Don’t forget to include your email address!
    How do I find measurements for an item if it’s not listed on your website? Unfortunately it isn’t always possible to have every measurement listed. If you need specific information about a product and can’t find it on our website please email us at sales@goavm.com or call Customer Service at 1-800-218-3995 and we will happily address your questions.
    What if I can’t find the item I’m looking for? We try to meet all of your needs, but we understand that we may not always have what you are looking for. However, we have many resources to find specific products and we are always happy to try and source these items for you. Please email us at sales@goavm.com to inquire about a specific item.

  4. Shipping & Returns

    How do I return items if I ordered the wrong thing or it doesn’t work out? We accept product back in its original packaging, unwashed and unused, for up to 30 days from the invoice date. There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective returned items.

    To initiate a return please call 1-800-218-3995 ext 121 and speak with Customer Service.

    Certain items may not be returned or have specific return instructions. If you have questions, please see our Return Policy , email returns@goavm.com or call Customer Service.

    What if my order arrives with damages? It is imperative that you note any shortages or damages with the delivery driver at the time of delivery. It is important that you or your staff verify your deliveries while the driver is still present. If you sign for delivery without noting any damages or shortages you waive the carrier and/or AVM of any and all liability.

    If you later find hidden damage or shortage make sure you keep the shipping carton for possible carrier inspection. You will need to make all damage or shortage claims within 3 business days of receipt of goods by written communication via email at returns@goavm.com or by fax at 1-800-518-5528.
